I called claire after our tenant left without paying rent , I was in a bit of a panic, claire put me at ease straight away , I came off the phone a lot happier. Claire got straight to work at finding a tenant , within a few days we had someone, Claire sorted all the paper work out and kept us up to date with the progress, we have in the past managed the property, this time Claire is managing.
