7 to 7 cleaning company

Was informed on the day that they will be late for a bit, then another 30minutes, arrived 1.21 hrs after the agreed time.

So glad I hired these guys. They are great and the house is spotless ! There's no way I could ever clean it like this myself.

Avoid using this company!
The team did not arrive on time so I called countless times and emailed in an attempt for some kind of communication. They ended up being over two hours late and they still have not offered an explanation or apology. The communication, bearing in mind the lateness, was terrible and my landlord was even told they had no clue of the booking, despite someone else from the company ringing me shortly after to say they had been there for 2 hours. I have been charged the same cost despite only half of the time quoted for this clean being carried out.

Sorry about that but we had no control over transport issues because of the strikes and traffic was too much. The good thing we did a good job your landlord was happy and you received your deposit back. Thats very important.

Rose did a brilliant job of my flat. It was spotless, she did a thorough job and she was lovely and asked me to check it all before I paid which was really helpful.

The cleaning was very bad. I wanted the team come before lunch, just to check the results with the daylight, but they were late, and did cleaning only for 2,5 hours in 2 bedroom apartment, while other companies offered to do the cleaning at least for 3-4 hours. So I had to check the results in the evening with artificial light and it seemed OK. However after two days, when I did check out with the tenancy agency, I found out a lot of dirt on the floor, so I had to clean the floor again by myself. Dinara i am so sorry to hear that you were not happy however the team to be late was because lots of them were symptomatic (covid) so we had to find another team that had a job to complete. With the cleaning we never recieve payment till the client is happy because they have to check everywhere before the team leaves the property, with this we have a return back policy incase there's a complaint. We would come back to rectify the issues but none of these issues was raised at the time. From first contact on the phone the young lady I believe her name was Tina explained what I needed for the end of tenancy clean and I showed her the quotes I had and she matched it and gave extra products for the same price . I then met by one of colleagues who was so pleasant to talk to and started her work and it was so beautiful done that I could not recognise my place . After that a gentleman who did the carpet cleaning put the furniture back . They finished at 8.30 pm and then I paid them after the job next day . I did ask Tina I can pay upfront but she said pay once the job his done and you are satisfied . This shows that they know that the job they do will be at highest standard and customer will happily pay . I believe this is how to do business. That shows they have great confidence in their colleagues work and blindly do the job for the customer . Well done all of you and I have saved your details in my contacts . The agents that recommended another cleaning firm was so rude and arrogant and talked to me if I was an amateur in this field . Thank god I just put phone down and reported to agents who are well know brand in property market .
