Ali came and cleaned my flat on short notice on a Sunday. He was incredibly respectful and professional. His work was spot on as he did a deep clean of both my bedroom and my bathroom. It was left spotless. I would highly recommend him to a friend and would definitely call him to come in again.

I would like to clarify that in my last review, when I mentioned Ali's friendliness, politeness and respect, it was to me as well as other members of my family.

Ali arrived a little after 10am and left about 4.30pm. He was very friendly, respectful and polite. Not to me but other members of my family. He made me feel very comfortable in having him in my home.

It was evident that he had high standards on his level of cleaning. My home is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, utility area. Hoovering, mopping, wiping down, moving furniture to clean underneath. Excellent job - everything gleaming, shining and clean.

I will certainly use 7 Star again and would recommend them to friends. More...

The clean was at my elderly mothers house & she has never had a cleaner before , we also had building work going on that was finishing the same day and needed precise planning with the clean, added to this we had family coming to stay next day who have lung issues so the dust & dirt from the build needed to be cleaned in detail. Ali came in to a situation where everything was running behind schedule , he adapted, offered support & delivered a service above & beyond what we expected. The clean was perfect, the flexibility to move around what was going on was seamless , my mother felt very calm with him in the house and the end result was spot on. I was hesitant to hire a cleaning service, but this company made the process seamless. Ali visited the property very promptly infact on the same day as I posted the job at very short notice. He was polite, very accommodating and answered all my questions.
