Once we have scanned your property for a 3d tour we can create additional assets such as floor plans, this save you time and money on getting this done as a separate service.

We can add "mattertags" to your 3d tour, this means we can insert additional photos,videos, text and web links. This has a significant increase of the engagement of the viewer and makes your property stand out from all the others. For example, we recently added mass times, garden views and historical facts to a 3d tour of a church. Another example could be showing the inside of a walk in wardrobe to emphasise how much storage space there is in a property. The opportunities are endless; we can do the research, write the copy and do all this for you.

Aerial photography using our 4k high resolution drones. Drone photography is great for adding an overall view of a property and garden for selling properties. We also do chimney and roof surveys for our clients which is quicker, cheaper and easier than a manual roof inspection using scaffolding. We can provide still photos from our drones and also create videos by editing together drone footage with our 3d walk throughs for an amazing marketing package.

We use state of the art equipment that scans to within 1% accuracy. This means we can produce technical data for architects, engineers and surveyors, by producing point clouds and mesh files (obj files) accurate to within 1% as approved by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors

As well as providing 3d tours we also offer professional photography. We shoot product shots for web and advertising, corporate photography for websites and brochures, portrait photographs and food photography. Our clients have included Easy Jet, London Zoo and Ogilvy ad agency amongst others. We have over 20 years experience of working in advertising photography.
