To elevate leadership development above the competency-based norm!

Because we believe that what makes people exceptional are their differences, not their similarities!

Services

Our evidence-based ALD programme takes a group-coaching approach and produces astounding results. It ditches the typical competency-based approach to leadership development and puts the leader front and centre of their own development. It's staggering to see the results when you stop trying to make leaders more of what they're not and allow them to become more of what they are! All details of this powerful and unique approach to leadership development can be found on Google.Scholar under my name - Dr Tony Fusco. If you're interested in finding out more please get in touch.

Adhering to our philosophy of personal and leadership authenticity, our coaching is deeply dialogic and relational. Our aim is to help individuals become more of what they naturally are as we believe their power lies in their uniquness not in how close they match a generic competency framework. This is not to say we ignore their skills or performance, but rather we help our coachees achieve their goals through an indirect process of paradoxical change - that achieves profound and enduring personal and professional growth and development.
