What do you love most about your job?
I am grateful that I can help people find what they are looking for. The immediate feedback when it clicks and a breakthrough is made is so rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always worked with people, sometimes employed, sometimes contracted, sometimes employing and managing others. The framework is not as important, but I do enjoy picking my own projects

I don't have all the answers; but I may have better questions.
I have worked with, managed, guided, developed, and helped people for most of my 20 years work experience. Whether in a business context or personal development I have frequently been told that I have been able to open up new perspectives, challenge believes, and open new doors for the individuals I have worked with.

Yes, I am more than happy to use video conferencing platforms or other ways to communicate online.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am now mainly using video conferencing and rarely have face to face meetings. However, where a meeting in person is required it can be held outdoors.
