It's unbelievable.Its my biggest won in my life. I have successed my child contact application assisted by barrister Ms. Kashmala Khan. Mr Jay Gajjar (Barrister) had represented my case at FtT (IAC) which was refused by the Home Office and given reason that I’ve been without leave between 29 June 2010 and 09 May 2012 (01 years, 10 months and 10 days).
We have defeated the Home Office with the great help of Mr J Gajjar, he worked very hard in my case and proved that I have been met ten years’ continuous lawful residence rules, or if not it is only because of the Home Office errors.
The FtT Judge was agreed that the Home Office had made clear errors in the decision making between 29 June 2010 and 09 May 2012, and has allowed my appeal.
No doubt, Mr J Gajjar has extensive and tacit knowledge in his profession and excellent presentation skills in the court.
I want to say thanks with the bottom of my heart.
