What do you love most about your job?
We are passionate and very involved in delivery high quality, supportive care to people within our community. Being able to make an impact in so many people's lives, keeps us going, we are able to learn so much from our service users and it makes us grow better as people and a business. We love the connections and moments shared with our service users and seeing them thrive at home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The need for affordable, high quality care, and more access within the community. The strain on the NHS hospitals in Leicester due to lack of support out in the community is causing substantial problems in people being able to be discharged from home and being able to stay at home - we aim to address this issue and we focus on being readily available for the wider community, so they can return to home from hospital quicker, avoid going to hospital and reduce the strain on all services.

We believe in creating tailored packages for each service user - everyone is different and their needs and wants should be accommodated. Unlike most care agencies, we focus on affordable, high quality care that anyone and everyone has access to.
Our team is made up of people who are experienced, passionate and focussed on our service users; our goals are to keep you at home to live safely and happily, and work with you to accomplish your own life goals.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff are supplied and trained in wearing PPE and hygiene standards associated with Covid-19 good practice, they are also vaccinated.
