What’s your signature dish?
We don’t have one signature dish, but like nothing better than a golden brown beef Wellington to share.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Designing a menu is best done with the client’s input. Most of our clients have bespoke menus that evolved from a current menu but with likes and dislikes factored in.
Special dietary requirements are also very important to us, as are lifestyle choices.
What do you love most about your job?
We love interacting with our clients and hearing about their function. We like the journey of planning and executing a tasty, enjoyable and succesful fucntion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are client orientated and like a good meal, so catering is a perfect opportunity for us to indulge both our passions. Client service means the world to us.
Why should our clients choose you?
We always accommodate our clients, offer advice and work together with our clients through the whole process from choosing dishes to tastings and right through to the event itself. We can provide as much of what our clients require - hiring of crockery, cutlery and equuipment and also helpful friendly staff if required.

We can cater for all your needs and dietary requirements.
