Well… we were a tricky case from the outset but Paul quickly understood what we needed and how to overcome the past issues.
We took his advice to wait 1 more month (begrudgingly admittedly) but he somehow came back with a much better deal at less than half the interest rate.

I got in contact with him and he immediately put me at ease and explained things as simple as he could to a first time buyer who had absolutely no idea of the ride we were in for. Paul is Very helpful with all my queries regarding a new mortgage and very quick responds time.

I put my case on Bark and within hours Paul Seed responded where other advisors didn't respond for a week or more. My case was not the most straight forward but from day one Paul handled the case with sensitivity. Paul always seemed to be one step ahead of the game when it came to putting together the case which meant that there were never delays when the lenders were asking for various information and documents. Paul was constantly sending us updates on the case so we didn't have to keep chasing Paul, this was a real breath of fresh air. On confirmation of the both the DIP and mortgage offer Paul was the first to congratulate us and despite not meeting Paul we felt he shared our happiness in getting the mortgage to the offer stage. At time of writing this, Paul's work with our case is not finished as he has now offered to look at products to accompany the mortgage and I'm confident Paul will find the best products on the market to suit our requirements.
