What’s your signature dish?
I don’t have a signature dish as I believe the catering industry is constantly moving and evolving. To have 1 dish to call a signature dish is to stand still.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Work with the clients closely to understand what makes their perfect meal.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the smile on my clients faces when they eat the food I have produced.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom to do different things. Working for my self allows me to cater for everything from weddings to birthday parties and also gives me the time to run pop up restaurants.
