We are a caring provider and treat individuals with respect, particularly when dealing with challenging situations such as end of life care. At Benhall care we treat everyone as family and aim to do our very best in actively listening, being empathetic and non-judgmental in our approach.

Benhall Care management members are either appropriately qualified or are working towards a recognised qualification in line with their roles and responsibilities, which are the level 5, 6 &7 Diploma in leadership for Health & Social Care. All management persons in Benhall Care have extensive experience in the Health and Social care sector and have a great deal of integrity. The importance of good and outstanding leadership and management in adult social care service is summed up by skills for Care’s CEO , Sharon Allen who stated “A well trained workforce that is guided and supported by competent , effective leaders and managers makes a real difference to the lives of people we serve across our sector”.

Benhall care treats the individuals we provide care to with kindness, compassion and respect their dignity. Our philosophy of service delivery aims to provide a high standard of comprehensive care/support that reflects an ethos of respect for individuals by treating them with dignity and ensuring that their right to privacy, safety, security and choice is maintained.

Our live-in care service enables older adults to remain living independently in their own home, while receiving the necessary clinical and personal care, delivered by our carer or Registered Nurse.

Our live-in support staff are trained to provide the highest quality support across an array of practical activities from personal care, meal preparation and running errands to managing correspondence, assisting with appointments as well as aiding individuals with social activities in the community.

Benhall care provides a Person-centred complex care packages. These packages are tailored for individuals whom may have Alzheimer’s and dementia care needs, Mobility issues including hoisting, Medication prompting or administration, Parkinson’s disease care, PEG feeding and RIG feeding, Cancer care, Motor Neurone Disease care, Cerebral Palsy care, Diabetes care, Epilepsy care, Multiple Sclerosis care, End of life care, Respite care, Stoma care, Feeding, Toileting, Complex needs care, Dressing, rehabilitation and post hospital discharge.

Our staff provide holistic assessment, care and support. We do not believe in task driven care, we believe in every person having the right to live a dignified life, however they choose. Quality of life is everything and our staff will help you to decide and plan how this can be maintained or improved.

Benhall Care provides personal home care to support individuals with personal daily routines which may have become more difficult due health issues.
Our personal home care services supports the elderly and frail, physically disabled, learning disabled, or those with mental health illness with personal daily routines at home which they may have difficulties undertaking independently.

This kind of support can range from getting out of bed in the morning; help with washing and dressing; assistance personal care; support with toileting/incontinence; getting settled in for the evening and going to bed.
