What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to support individuals to remain independent for as long as possible in their own homes. Moving into care homes can be extremely distressing and unsettling, and I love being able to provide a better alternative which allows people to remain in comfortable surroundings, with their usual routines and home comforts, whilst receiving more personalised and one-to-one care.
As the Manager I get to see the bonds and relationships that our Live-in Carers form with their clients, and this together with first class care provision means that individuals are able to stay in control of their lives for longer. This is the best part of the job because keeping people at home and living independently is something that I am extremely passionate about.

I always maintain a personal input with all of our clients so this also enables me to form a special bond with our clients, and closely oversee the running of the care package. Having such close input from the Care Manager is something that sets us apart from our competitors, and I believe that it enhances the quality of care our clients receive as well as making our staff teams feel fully supported which will enable them to provide the highest standard of care.

Live-in/24 hour care
Nationwide service which consists of either a Live-in Carer who will stay in the property with you and provide one-to-one 24 hour care;
or
A team of carers who will work 24-hours between them eg. 8am-8pm/8pm-8am.
Live-in Respite Care
Short term live-in care to provide families with a short break.
Complex care
We cater for all care needs and this list is not exhaustive:

Overnight care
Nationwide service providing either Waking Nights or Sleeping Nights.
Waking Nights mean that the carer must be awake and alert all night; whereas a Sleeping Night means that the carer can go to sleep and only be woken when needed.
Waking Nights are 12 hours in length, and Sleeping Nights can be either 9 or 12 hours in length.
Day-sitting
For those who do not require full live-in or overnight care, then we can provide a day sitting service which means that a carer will be with you for anywhere between 6-12 hours per day.
