What do you love most about your job?
What we love most about our job is, customer satisfaction, arriving at a problem job for one of our customers and leaving with the problem fixed, there is no better feeling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having bad experiences working for other business where we saw room for massive improvements in service and quality which previous companies were not willing to offer.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
COVID-19 Prevention: 0800 HomeFix wish to assure you our engineers are doing everything possible to be responsible during these uncertain times. As well as using antibacterial hand gel our engineers will wash their hands on arrival to jobs and at regular points throughout the day. Any engineers that have flu or cold like symptoms are being asked to stay at home and self-isolate until further notice. All engineers have been issued hand sanitiser, gloves and shoe covers. If you wish them to wear a mask, please state this when booking. If you have any further questions regarding this, please do not hesitate to ask. In the meantime business will resume as normal.
