Firstly and most importantly is the price. We charge a total of £12.70 per hour. We are a locally owned Domestic Cleaning Business. We personally find the cleaners and meet with every one of them. We meet each prospective cleaner in their own home and that gives us a very good indication of how they live and their own cleaning standards as well as what kind of person they are - which is very important to us. We check all their ID information, including passport or driving license, etc. and only If we would have them in our own homes do we then go on to take up two references on each of the cleaners. So long as the references are good, we make the cleaner active on our database and are happy to recommend them to our clients. The cleaners don’t work in teams so you will get the same cleaner each week/fortnight, who will get used to how you like things done. Should your cleaner be sick or go on holiday we are happy to provide a replacement cleaner from our recommended database should you require one, and as an extra reassurance to our clients we also carry accidental damage insurance up to £2m. Prior to any cleaning taking place, we meet with all prospective clients and clients will always meet with the cleaner prior to any cleaning taking place. Only when all parties are in agreement and happy with what has been discussed would the cleaning begin.

I have operated several businesses over the years both for myself and others and all have been very customer orientated. I have always been a hard worker who commits himself to delivering the highest of standards and get great satisfaction in achieving results.

I believe that the service we offer allows clients to save time and money in trying to find a good or replacement cleaner. Clients also have the added benefits of having direct contact with us should they require any assistance. Meeting our cleaners before they start with us and clients meeting with cleaners before they start with you is a huge benefit and allows the client to make the final approval. Having £2million in Accidental Damage Insurance is a fantastic safety net and peace of mind for the clients.

The business has been operating for over twelve years and regularly clean over 2500 houses.

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?

No. Clients supply all cleaning equipment for several reasons; avoids the risk of allergies, clients prefer familiar smells within their home and reducing the risk of any potential damage to furniture and fittings
