I booked a deep clean of my flat including steam clean of carpet. I was impressed with the service from start to finish. The office staff were helpful with the booking and taking detailed instructions. Galina who was the cleaner on the day was excellent -she did an incredibly thorough job, including managing to remove some stubborn stains and dirt. She works quickly, silently and is extremely respectful of our house and possessions. When we required a cleaning session in addition to our regular schedule, Yuliia’s colleague Oksana jumped in and did a wonderful job. Mikhaiela has been cleaning our flat for about 2 months now and she has been consistently thorough, on time, and dependable. Her attention to detail is remarkable, and she always goes the extra mile to ensure every corner of the flat sparkles. She has also been taking care of a variety of bigger jobs fitting them into the timeslot such as a cooker hood clean and a full oven clean (which previous residents of the flat have ignored). The worst cleaning ever. I don’t think they know the definition of hygiene. If you are hiring from this company, be sure the cleaning and hygiene tools and detergents are on you and be available and observe the whole process of cleaning since they might use dirty and damp cloth from before for cleaning. I asked for a quote on their website for a deep clean with some extra services for 1 bed 2 bathrooms, kitchen and balcony. They went out of their way to find out I have a second bedroom, and therefore I have to pay for it. This second bedroom is used for storage, no need for cleaning and obviously I have not included it in the request. 400 quids for a 65 sqm flat and I can ask to leave out the second bedroom from cleaning but still have to pay for it. How long have you been in business?
We started nearly 5 years ago and have built loyal customers all over Scotland. We want to provide high customer service and long lasting relationships with cleaners that customers can trust. The aim is to couple great standards of cleaning with happy customers
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
No we use your equipment and cleaning materials. It is easier for your cleaner not to carry all the extra equipment around with them
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people enjoy their family time and elderly who cannot do for themselves. You get a real sense of pride when you genuinely help someone who can't do it for themselves and also allowing families to focus on spending time together instead of having to worry about cleaning
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started because my elderly Gran could not keep on top of her cleaning and all her friends said the same so i thought if i started i could help people who could not do this for themselves. Now i have learnt that it gives families free time to actually enjoy life and leave the cleaning to someone else..like us!
