Our focus is on providing quality food and service. We source ingredients as locally as possible for both the catering and the cookery school. I am based on the Isle of Wight and will come to your home or your holiday rental. Designing a menu with you so that it is what you want, then cook it for you in the kitchen.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I take time to find out what they want and like. I also ask about the type of service and care they want for the occasion. With this, I can base my recipe and menu selections. With this agreed and also all dietary requirements considered, the menu is much easier to put together.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping a client to enjoy the menu created for their special occasion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Watching many of the cookery programmes that hit the TV and thinking, I would like to do that as a job. Then training for two years to get qualified followed by work experience at Le Manoir aux Q’uat Saisons with Raymond Blanc’s team!

Catering is onsite as required within permitted guidelines.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We carried all work out as per COVID rules, sanitising, masks etc. as required. Plus any PPE required for working.
We follow food safety guidelines minimum certificate is Level 4 Food Hygiene.
