This woman is amazing! I walked in having hardly any movement across my back and shoulder area and after Sam working on both sides for over an hour (just because I needed it) I walked out being able to completely turn my head again.
The next morning I could definitely tell I had been worked on but the next morning all the aches and pains had completely gone and I had full movement without any discomfort, something I hadn't had for a long time I also got advice on how to keep the muscles used while sat down all day nd tips to help stop it happening again.
I highly recommend her to everyone!!

I was overweight and unfit in my early 20s and wanted to help other people to lose weight and get fit.

Personal Training
I will work with you to help achieve your goals. We will look at short term to long term goals. Whether it's simply to start exercising, injury prevention, tone up, rehabilitation or lose weight.
Soft tissue therapist
I will perform an assessment during a consultation. From here I can decide on the best treatment to use for you. Whether it's a injury, tight muscles, imbalances or a general massage.
Pilates Instructor
I can work 1 to 1, group of friends or a class setting. I will safely take you through the fundamentals and as you progress and strengthen I will make the sessions more challenging but always working alongside any previous injury.
