A great co-working space with offices for 1-6+ people as well as a lounge for individuals. The location is great and the staff are extremely friendly. There is always plenty of tea and coffee during the week, and I have no major complaints other than the irregular heating. The staff here (including the cleaning crew) do everything to make you feel welcome, and I have enjoyed the time I've worked at this WeWork. Enjoyed our brief stint at this particular WeWork. The kitchen area is great with lots of amenities and is kept spotless by the staff. Internet was quick and reliable, and the views from the sixth floor are fantastic. Really hope they sort the heating situation out, as it always seemes to be roasting (top top: drop and email to the services team and they can adjust the temperature of your individual cubicle). Rumor has it this was WeWork's first building and our company has been here almost as long (around 5 years). The staff is fantastic. Probably the best thing about the building. Since it's older, it's the smallest, so there's not as much space or as many amenities as their newer buildings. A bit pricier compared to other shared office spaces and they really try to fit as many people as possible into a space. I have had an office at this location since the beginning of 2015. This is actually the first WeWork location and I think that's why it has so much charm. The main reason I never moved my office from here is because it's on the bottom tip of Nolita and the food around here is fantastic.
