Where to start. Chris and his colleagues were exceptional and I say that having dealt with several Gas Safe Companies over several years in my line of work. Very fairly priced and clear and concise, Chris turned up on the dot on the day in question - a new boiler job that he squeezed me in with at less then 48 hours notice! The previous Company had "left me in it" yet Chris was honest and did not try to take advantage of the urgency of the situation in his pricing. He even went back just to check that a separate issue could be sorted. I will be using this Company again and cannot recommend them highly enough. This was at a let property in Southend 2 hours drive from where we live , we arrived in good time for the 12-6 appointment with British Gas , only to receive a phone call to say our appointment had yet again been cancelled . The neighbours had been very disturbed by hammer noise and we had to get it fixed while we were at the property . Moraldos were recommended by a friend, they responded immediately to the call for help , arrived promptly , identified and fixed the problem very quickly and with no emergency call out charges . Highly recommend Moraldo's Gas & Heating, completely renovated our old/worn out bathroom alongside converting our old conventional/cylinder system for a new combi boiler. They didn't stop there, they even helped refurbish other parts of our house to modernise it which we are so happy with and grateful for. Jordan visited today to instal a new boiler I’ve had for a few months. I’d been struggling to get a vaillant engineer to come and fit it. After speaking with Chris, it was booked in for installation in the next few days. Jordan arrived on time, was extremely polite, got straight on the job and completed it by the end of the day. Very happy with the service and boiler seems to be working as expected. The system was tested and all working fine. There are many plumbers on the market, but Chris Moraldo does everything the way that we "customers" are very pleased. Firstly - communication - you don't need to chase Chris, you don't need to worry if he will come on agreed date etc. He sends you messages, calls you frequently enough that you feel comfortable, but messages are not excessive. Secondly - pricing - quotes are clear and broke down to details. there is no hidden cost, no "magic" pipes costing you extra £100 :-) Thirdly - advise - Chris will go into details when he recommends solution, he will take on board customer needs, and if you will request something which you read on internet or , saw at your friends, Chris will spend time understanding your needs, he wont tell you as other would, that what you want is rubbish just because profit margin will be lower etc. Fourthly - work - Chris does the work to a very high standard, pipes don't look just nice, they look perfect, neat. New things i.e. boiler is installed after heating installation is cleaned, there is no shortcuts. There is much more ... I know there are plumbers doing similarly great job, but Chris ticks most of the boxes and that is what makes "Moraldos Gas & Heating" a company which I can recommend. More...

Used Maraldos Gas & Heating Previously for a new boiler installation which went well, so went with Chris again for our 3 bathrooms. Chris Helped us with ideas & advised what was needed to get good water pressure with a new unvented cylinder tank replacing our old gravity system, for our complete refit.Chris, Matt,Dan & team worked hard throughout with some hiccups along the way, but all rectified by the end.Good after sales with a few faulty/damaged bits changed after job was completed so confident using & recommending again.Bathrooms look great.Thanks Tony & Julie More...

We had no heating or hot water and with 2 kids it needed to be sorted ASAP. I contacted Chris through a recommendation and within 5 minutes he responded and within an hour he had offered to come and look at the issue for free. From start to finish Chris has been totally honest and professional, I sent a message through messenger and had a reply within minutes, with the information I needed, and then turned up very promptly to survey the job and finalise the price! We initially called Chris to repair our boiler but as it was beyond repair and the parts would cost more than the boiler, we decided to install a new boiler instead. Chris gave us plenty of advise and options on make and reliability of new boiler as per our budget. He installed the new boiler the very next day. He was professional, thorough, pleasant and quick. Chris fitted us a combi boiler, The vogue max. Very neat pipe work in the loft. Also pipes all channelled through living room floor and walls. X2 rads moved and changed into tall grey rads which are really nice!! Great attitude and never misses a phone call. Couldn't be more helpful. cleaned and tidy up after himself.
