I am so pleased to have made the decision to have Medway Premier Homes manage our flats. Their (evidently) robust tenant-finding process has found us tenants that are paying on-time and not causing any issues. Any issues that have arisen (mostly utilities-related), Keeran and Ralph have gone above and beyond what I expected from a “fully managed service” to ensure problems are dealt with. Some of the issues have meant multiple visits as well as multiple phone calls at all hours! They are very approachable and very amenable. Their suggestions (clearly backed by some well-founded experience) have been refreshing and solution-orientated, taking a lot of the guess-work out for me! Although our properties were newly refurbished, issues arose that I simply couldn’t have legislated for. I’m so grateful that Medway Premier Homes were able to pick-up the reigns and get things sorted very quickly. Completely nuisance !!! We had the most terrible service with this company. They showed us a property available in Greenwich for rent, and said it’s available straightaway. We decided to go ahead with officer and told them we live nearby and want something quick. They had some repair work going on and said it will take a week or so, about which we were fine. First of all they never responded back, took the the offer price on phone ( no forms nothing ) never called us back to even let us know what’s going on with property. We even told them to let us know the status. And then because we live in next door building, we see that someone has moved in there. Seriously they don’t consider there clients important. And are horrible with there communication !! Definitely not recommend !!!!! More...
