They said they would finish my website within 3 months. It's been 9 months since our agreement was made, but about only a half is finished so far.
I paid half the fee upfront. They refuse to refund the money.
When they wanted my money, they responded my message so quickly. But once they got my money, they ignore my message and almost no work is done.
