Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Each Garage Conversion is different do the process can differ from one to another. However, the usual way to proceed is to insulate the ceiling, walls and Floor (100mm Celotex), take off the Garage door, did out a footing, build small wall and fit new Winow. First Fix electrics and heating, plaster board and plaster all areas including knock through from house where necessary and the finally second fix electrics and heating
