What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to explore and understand their thoughts, feelings and experiences and helping them to find ways of moving forward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To help fill a much needed gap in mental health service provision, for people needing emotional support.
Why should our clients choose you?
I provide a safe, empathic and confidential space for you to explore whatever is on your mind. Therapy is a collaboration, so we'll work together to help you find a way through. I have been in practice since 2015 and have worked with a wide range of people and issues.
I'm a registered member of the BACP - British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, I use Zoom to provide online sessions. I can be flexible and provide a mixture of in-person and online sessions to suit your needs.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I ventilate the room between sessions, clean surfaces and provide hand sanitiser. I also have a Covid policy that new clients will receive.
