After n u look tailors let me down with my sons suit trousers , this tailor made me an appointment the same day I called, it was the day of my sons prom. We were panicking because we only had a few hours, she looked at them diagnosed the problem,basically had to re-do everything n u look tailors done because they tailored my sons trousers to suit a lady!!!! Jelena assisted me with an all over sequin dress being tailored for a ‘skater dress’ style to a more fitted dress. We had two fittings to make sure the end result was exactly as I wanted it. I bought a dress online and when trying it on, it was far too long. I researched online for an alterations company nearby and Jelena was the first one on the list - it was the best decision I made to get in contact with her. She is extremely flexible with time and is incredibly hardworking. I made an appointment with her on the Wednesday night at 8 o'clock to have my dress shortened, and I was able to collect it at 1 o'clock the next day! Jelena was a pleasure to work with, she was extremely easy to contact and was very welcoming and polite. She listened to my needs exactly and the dress alterations were perfect. Nothing was too much for Jelena, and we had several fittings to ensure the dress was everything I wanted. Before heading to Jelena Miller ,I had made my homework and selected 3 tailors to visit and compare before making a choice. Jelena has clearly given me the price ranges for her tailor made shirts and suits, which were straight away more competitive than the other tailors I had visited before. I went for 5 cotton-silk shirts and couldn't resist, but ordering 2 cashmere-wool-silk suits, the price being much more convenient than my tailor in London. I had a tailored shirt and a pair of trousers with me, so that she could copy the measurements and style, but Jelena insisted in taking my measurements and she did so, 3 times to be perfectly sure. I ordered shirts and suits on Saturday morning and 24 hours later, on Sunday morning, I was there again for the first fitting, that's fast! Some minor modifications were required on shirts and suits so that they would fit my body perfectly...and only 6 hours later they were ready! Jelena is really hard working, she has very good taste in terms of colour matching (e.g. suit colour and jacket lining pairing), and is also very knowledgeable when it comes to wearing comfort. The only regret is not having ordered more shirts...but I will come back for sure, Peace Tailor only is worth the trip to Jelena Miller ;) More...

Jelena saved my dress that was ruined by a cheaper alterations company. Thankfully Jelena did this on short notice. I have learnt the hard lesson to pay a little more for saving time, getting my dress back in a good condition and being in safe hands of an experience tailor.
