Janes classes are tough but fun I’ve achieved a lot and don’t like missing a class which occasionally happens. Each class is slightly different using different materials on occasion. I’m definitely benefiting from Pilates. We have a nice group of people of all abilities so I’ve never felt silly when I find certain requests quite challenging. Only started a few weeks ago, very friendly group with clear instruction and patience for a starter like me. Our instructor Jane works with you so that you can follow the movements and takes the trouble to correct you when you do not get the exercise correct. New to Pilates this year, very positive experience well organised,I find our instructor clear and helpful when explaining the movement’s and always there to correct when not in the right position. This class is local and easy to access with a very frendly group of peoplethere is small pieces of equipment provided for different exercises and Jane our instructor moves between us to provide items we might need, i.e.blocks and cushions. I love it when I see you making progress and getting stronger and more flexible and able to do things that you couldn't do before.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to bring the love of Pilates to more people in the community.
Why should our clients choose you?
A lot of people think that Pilates is all about being serious and earnest. But actually, it's about finding ways to move better in your day to day activities...and it doesn't have to be serious or earnest. I encourage people to bring their smiles to class.

You can do classes either online via Zoom (Mondays and Wednesdays) or in-person (Mondays - Sunbury Methodist Hall; Tuesdays Greenwood Centre, Hampton Hill; Wednesdays St Mary's Church Hall, Hampton).

This option is generally better if you've got some experience with Pilates - and never fear, I've still got my beady eye on you!

Bit nervous about joining a group class? Worried that everyone will be looking at you? Nervous about not knowing what you're doing?
Don't be! The only person watching you is your instructor and it's perfectly OK to take breaks and ask questions!
