Chantelle was just what we needed. She is personable and proffesional.
Chantelle was easy to speak to and took control of our sessions when needed.
Chantelle's manner was very friendly and encouraging and this was all backed up with a brilliant academic knowledge with useable tools to take away.
I would recommend to any one and everyone.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people meet their goals and also making improvements to their lives that they want to ascertain.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I feel that at times the mental health service in the UK can be very limited and be reactive rather than proactive in dealing with mental health and emotional issues. Also it can also be a post code lottery in terms of who can get support when.
As I have also had a lot of speaking events in which many people have stated that they felt helped by just 1 hour session.
Why should our clients choose you?
I work with the client at all times, I provide the most suitable therapy for you and your situation to ensure that there is some movement towards goals. I always use Psychological Evidence based practice in order to inform therapy and therapeutic practice.
Also the very first session I would do for free as it would mainly be to see how you are as a client and create a formulation for your therapeutic intervention.
