I am an experienced and qualified therapist and have been in full-time private practice in South Manchester since 2002. I am registered with both the BACP and UKCP, and am trained to offer Integrative Psychotherapy / Counselling, Trauma Informed Therapy, CBT, EMDR, Life Coaching, NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Clinical Supervision.
All treatment is carried out in a respectful, constructive, supportive and non-judgemental environment.
I use a flexible integrative approach and offer both longer-term psychotherapy and counselling, as well as shorter-term therapies such as brief psychotherapy, CBT, EMDR, NLP and life coaching.
I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including anxiety disorders, panic disorder, depression, complex trauma and PTSD, stress management, addictions, relationship issues, separation, divorce, bereavement, abuse, anger management, generalised anxiety, OCD, public speaking, low self-confidence and low self-esteem, insomnia and sleep disorders, eating disorders, bulimia, anorexia, fears and phobias, shame, IBS, pain control, and personal development.
