What’s your signature dish?
Jambalaya rice with very mild chicken curry. Our clients love this dish because of the unique rice which is expertly mixed with vegetables and a variety of beans. The chicken curry that goes with this dish is quite mild catering for the majority of pallets.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We invite our clients to a taster day where they can sample various items from our extensive menu. We try our best to cater for all world cuisines.
What do you love most about your job?
We love it when after the wedding, people talk more about the food than the wedding dress!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Sandra, the owner and head chef has been in love with food from an early age. The excellent reviews Sandra got from friends and relations convinced her that she had gift that could be channelled into a successful business.

Wedding Catering
We offer wedding catering. The biggest wedding we have catered for was for around 700 people at the Dome in Buxton. We have experience in British cuisine, African cuisine and other world cuisines. We can provide various services including buffet style, and A la Catre.
