Would not recommend this Funeral Directors at all. Disgraceful customer service. The Pall Bearers nearly dropped my Mother's coffin, audible groaning from one of them. Yet they and SAIF say they were not at fault. Our family are upset and will never use this Company again or ever recommend it. The Pall bearers were not up to the job...no question ! More...

The kindness shown to me and my family after loosing our nan really made everything so much easier for us..everything was taken care of we didn’t need to worry or stress about anything. .this helped the grieving process that much bareable. The staff showed us nothing but respect, nothing was too much trouble we felt very at peace that our beautiful nan was in the right hands and that made us feel so much better..thank you so much from me and my family from the bottom of our hearts.. you all do an amazing job and are forever grateful! I'd been recommended by a neighbour who knew them, hadn't noticed the office before near Hainault Station. Lovely people, costs seemed fair after doing a bit of online research.
