Pros: Did a great job cleaning entire property in the timescale given. Good value for money.
Cons: Didn’t arrive to the property on time.
Didn’t defrost/ fully clean freezer and dish washer. Parts of carpet still had some marks left after being deep cleaned.

David from FMV was the only one out of 3 cleaning companies to call me back and provide a quote through Bark.
On the day he came with the cleaner to explain the jobs to her and also agreed with my last minute request to clean the carpets of the flat.
He had to travel to get the carpet cleaner and did it himself. I am so glad I got it done. He was friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
