I connect and get to know my clients their likes or dislikes etc but the most crucial thing I do to help my clients achieve their fitness goals is to help them understand and be in-tune with not only their bodies but their minds.

What do you love most about your job?
I love to see the smile of accomplishment on my clients, reason for this is that each client I have pushed through all the pain and difficulty without that they wouldn’t have achieved their goal.

One-on-One Personal Training Session
A personal specialised fitness session for 45minutes to 1 hour focusing only on the individuals progression in their fitness journey.
Ladies Only Group Sessions
This session is between 30minutes to 45minutes and the main objective is for women to feel empowered, self-loved and confident.
H.I.I.T Group Session
This session is for 30minutes, it is a high intensity interval training with a minimum of 3 participants in a group. H.I.I.T will keep your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
