I’ve been using cool blew for atleast 5 years now. Everytime they have been out to my house the technician has been very courteous. Our AC went out today 7/30/2018 and Denny came out and fixed the AC on off hours and still had a great attitude. We are thankful that Denny was able to fix our AC and very professional. Cool Blew is a company I would highly recommend. I have had a/c work done in the past and I have also had solar installed on our home. I am very pleased and I have absolutely no complaints. Updated 3/27. I have changed this review because after leaving the first review, I was told to call and talk with Sue. I spoke with her. . she was very kind, pleasant and understanding. She scheduled another technician to come take a look at the gas leak the next business day and made sure my warranty company waived the service fee for the second visit. That's all I wanted! Thank you Sue for listening to me and understanding my concern. Would definitely use this company again now. Although I wish I remembered who I spoke with the first time..



HORRIBLE customer service!!! The manger literally cut me off when I tried to explain the problem I was having and told me he couldn't do anything and I needed to contact my home warranty company (which I already have). It's not even worth it to get into what happened with our unrepaired gas leak.. the fact that a manager cut me off and refused to even listen to my concern is outrageous! BEWARE and do yourself a favor... CALL SOMEONE ELSE!! More...

I came home from my night shift job on July 4th to find my AC was out. I called my home warranty company around 10am and they dispatched the job to Cool Blew. Cool Blew called me about 5 minutes later and said a tech would be out before noon. Johnny arrived a little before 11 and the AC was fixed by 11:30. On the 4th of July. Wonderful service from 2 amazing employees in Chandler. Johnny, the technician who came out to diagnose the issue, was very pleasant and polite and a pleasure to deal with. We needed new compressors for 2 of our units so they sent Joe to install them and he was equally polite, professional and very pleasant to deal with. Because the compressors had to be ordered by the warranty company, Joe kept me posted on their status and when we might expect them to be installed. I would highly recommend Cool Blew for air conditioning service as it's not the first time we have had them here for service. The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars is that I called the Service Manager to speak to him to commend the employees and left a message asking him to call me and he didn't bother to call me back. I saw the reviews of this company most with 5 stars.Sometimes everything can't be fixed in a timely manner especially in hot summer day. I was very fortunate that my delay was only a few days but they came through on the busy time of the year. So far so good.
