I worked for this company i think anyone who wants to work for them should know as a company what they are like. I had to take them to court for unpayed work i done and high training costs they deducted from me. I WON! So beware they traet their staff badly and when staff have left which they all do they then give bad references . They remove all bad reviews to make the company look good. Care should be about the care you give and they have lost many good staff, to them its about making money which is so sad. The manager has been in local papers in the past . More...

I am 100% that this review does not belong to ourselves. There are other homecare providers who have adopted our name after us. We have never been taken to court nor will this ever happen. We value our staff. We have never employed a person called Clare also. Disappointing that Bark refused to take this false review down

Amazing staff who look after my father-in-law and treat and care for him very respectively and professionally. The change in his overall demeanour has improved so much since Heritage started caring for him.
