Guttering round house replaced where needed.
All seems good so far.

Full gutter vacuum inspection. Dripping internal corner replaced and parts added to ensure water went in the gutter. Downspout added to side of property because no way of adjusting the fall to correct. Parts cost 70 pounds to supply. New union on side of property. Guttering installed on both sides of shed with downspouts. Customer supplied parts. Said there were parts missing so i went out to gather the extra parts. Shelves put up in wardrobe made from an old bed. Total profit 140 after parts supplied. Showed the customer that the fall in gutters was correct. Quite disappointed in 4 stars to be fair. I quoted each job then discounted heavily for a very fair price. Added me on Facebook to my surprise. Also messaged to say thanks for my efforts. I don’t usually reply to but 4 stars requires an explanation.

Fantastic job by Nick of Baseline Maintenance,turned up on time and not just cleaned the gutters but did a couple of extra jobs on the guttering and charged the original quoted price.

Excellent service, Nick was great, went above and behind to get a great finish. Guttering unblocked and looking new again, fixed a damaged part of the guttering and also cleaned the window frames.

Nick was prompt, professional and courteous. He cleared two drains and vacuumed the guttering. I mentioned a problem with a plug in the bathroom sink and he fixed that too. I would use again.

I am Highly recommending Baseline Property Maintenance. Nick agreed to Clear and clean the house and Conservatory gutters, plus clean the whole Conservatory, he also inspected the whole guttering system to check for blockages in the S pipe and check the system was in good order. He went over and beyond what I expected him to do. The end product of his work is just amazing, the Conservatory looks brand new , it’s positively gleaming from top to bottom ! He showed me photos of the gutters before and after the cleaning…..this is a Tradesman who takes great pride in his work. I am so happy I found this Company.
