Helpful sets of whole-body stretches and exercises I can continue on my own to maintain strength. Anna is understanding and encouraging.

I am in my 12th week of training with Anna and haven’t felt this good for almost 20 years! I am a 44-year-old basketball player heading into what I thought would be the twilight years of my playing career, but Anna has essentially brought me out of retirement and given me newfound strength, energy and enthusiasm for the game I love. Anna’s knowledge of training, diet and mental health and how these areas impact you physically is first rate. The programmes she has written for me are not just a string of meaningless exercises but tailored workouts specific to my exact needs and requirements. She has challenged me far beyond what I expected and already I am achieving more than a thought I could. I have lost weight, gained strength and just feel good. I have been fitness trainig with anna for 3 weeks she is very good at there job has a lot of knowledge on fitness and dieting so far in a short time i have lost 1 stone 2 pounds i have got more session booked with anna so i fully recommend here if you want to lose weight and get fit

Anna spent time with me to understand my motivation and goals then tailored training sessions appropriately which were emailed to me for me to work on before our next session. She is very flexible in what works for you and we started with weekly sessions, then fortnightly and monthly which gave me great confidence. These were varied, which I needed to keep interest, challenging and she took time to explain the focus and benefits of each exercise. Anna also worked through a food diary with me to provide tips on eating habits and her knowledge on this was great. She has a great approach and encourages without pressuring you to get results. Anna has been my personal trainer for the past year. In that time she has been instrumental in making me achieve my goals, leaving me fitter, stronger and healthier than I have ever been. Anna is a realist, I was concerned that a PT would want me at the gym 5-7 times per week, eating nothing but avocados, sweet potatoes and protein shakes. Anna helped me make changes to my diet that fit with my lifestyle and set an achievable gym program, including weekly sessions with her together with a monthly plan for me to follow. The plans and sessions are always varied, challenging and I always feel better afterwards.

Since seeing Anna my back problems have practically disappeared, I’m able to do things in the gym that I never thought I would, my posture has improved and my waistline has reduced. Anna has had a long lasting impact on my general wellbeing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to people, like me, who are brand new to fitness or to those who are returning from injury or preparing for an event.

Right from the beginning she has been very thorough both with the assessments and ongoing support. She is enthusiastic and each session is focused, planned and challenging - which I need. Anna also is very supportive and knowledgeable about both the training and dietary needs. I am achieving realistic goals whilst being challenged and learning so much about myself and the equipment. Anna is a fantastic personal trainer she took the time to understand what i wanted to achieve in the gym and helped me understand what I needed to do . Keiron has a gentle approach and holds space in a secure and safe way enabling conversation to flow, and for goals to be realised. I would recommend him to anyone who feels daunted about using a gym, addressing life issues where there may be blocks or barriers to overcome, or for someone wanting some focused and highly skilled input into their fitness and training programme. Nice gym, can get a bit crowded in the evenings. Has 2 floors and variety of different machines to choose from. Only minus is that all of the machines does not have the air conditioning which would have been very useful. I know that they have it in two other pure gyms nearby. More...

I really enjoyed working with Anna. She pushed me out out of my comfort zone and encouraged me to keep improving. Sessions were always challenging and varied but also took into account areas that I wanted to focus on. Great personal trainer!

When comparing when I started at the gym with where I am these days, the personal training was a key factor in achieving this. 15 months have passed since I 'started' as someone that did virtually zero exercise, ate all the 'wrong' foods etc and consequently weighed in at 119 kg @ 172cm; so in a poor condition in many ways to say the least! Starting personal training sessions helped me to move forwards, and Anna understood that at that stage, there were certainly limitations to what I could do but provided support, motivation, 'smart' goals and exercises that were suited to my ability which enabled slow but steady progress; some sessions were harder than others, but I always left the gym feeling that I had moved forward. Now I'm quite 'fit', 84 kg and I fully recommend using Anna as a PT. More...

Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Moved from pure gym which feels a bit cold and robotic in comparison. They do a cool power hour with funky lights every day which gets you in the mood and the atmosphere is great. Finally a decent gym at fraction of the price!!
I love that it has that new gym feeling offering top of the range new equipment. . I'm quite big on hygiene too so it's nice to workout when the place is kept mint!
Team are friendly and welcoming...it's all open plan and spacious..you're not cramped in a corner when your working out..its not over crowded ..it's perfect ..its fresh ..I mean I highly recommend it.
Coming here makes me want to be a better, fitter, happier person. Keep up the good work!
