Poor quality service. I had to pay my landlord additional £100 for proper cleaning. Not recommended.

Hi Greg, Sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the end of tenancy cleaning. As reported at the time the house would come under our fair clean policy as the walls and other areas were beyond salvageable. The paint was not washable so whilst cleaning the paint would come off. With the walls being in extremely poor condition it was impossible to save them for you. As I advised you at the time they would need painting to pass an end of tenancy landlord report. Sadly we cannot repair damaged walls so this review is disappointing to receive.

Apparently they pride themselves on customer service but from my experience there isn't any. Booked for an end of tenancy clean and despite receiving 2 reminders from them they didn't turn up, waited for 3 hours and left me completely in the lurch wasting considerable time and money.
