The ability for customers to find out exactly what they need in an intuitive way and in which tends to keep your customers engaged and one which results in repeat business.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I always like to find out a little more about the background of the business to help find out exactly what that business does and who their target market might be.
Describe your creative process.
It would generally start with an informal conversation to discuss any ideas that my client has and any work they may have seen that they like the look off. We can then look to agree a timeframe for the work.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
The more information a client can provide the quicker the process becomes particularly if the client already has ideas that they might want to develop further.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help clients bring a vision or an idea to life and then watching how that brand or company grows and develops.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was fortunate enough that over the years my hobbies slowly managed to become my job. Bringing my experience of account management and hospitality into my design business gives me an opportunity to be really driven.
