I worked for Eden care for 8 months 2016-2017. It was an amazing and they were a fantastic company to work for with all the support you could possibly need. I had to leave due to ill health unfortunately earlier this year but would love to be able to return when my health returns to its full potential. I've worked as a carer in a care home and nursing home, I joined Eden care in may 2015 and I can honestly say I LOVE my job , the management = second to none absolutely brilliant , supervisors so helpful and supportive as are the office staff , all so friendly and cheerful , the carers are hard working and "real carers ! So I worked for eden care in 2013-2014 I absolutely loved the job but left as I moved. I absolutely hated the other companies I worked for I missed my job with eden care and decided in 2016 to come back to eden care. My reasons being, are all the girls on team work exceptionally hard and as a team. The girls in the office also do all they can to assist you when needed. Jim and sue, zoe, rachel and Priya have provided me with so much support since I come back. I love my job, love what we stand for. Our clients and staff come first above everything. Jim is a great boss to work for,both himself and Sue Miller are always available to there staff for any reason,they understand that the job is as much about the carer as it is about the client, I have worked for them for 2 years and can see no reason for me to move on, I have a lovely round with some lovely clients that I take care of and we have fun as well as get on with the job at hand. I loved my thankyou card from the office team to thank me for the extra calls done this week,and I no some of the other carers did to, I am definitely a fan of Eden Care. More...

I have Eden Care come in once a day to attend to my mums personal care. I am highly impressed with a carer called Donna who is probably the most kind caring and genuine carer i have met. Talking to mum and taking mums challenging behaviour with kind words. Mum is challenging during personal care having vascular dementia. Donna is a real credit to Eden Care and those she cares for. I started working for Eden Care at Home in September 2017 having never worked in care before I was very nervous but the support you get from the management in the office is fantastic.
