We provide architectural and interior design services throughout the Southeast region and London. We do both commercial and residential projects. Our commercial projects are usually restaurant, bar and cafe design which can be seen on our Facebook and Instagram (@yotudesign) channels for the time being as our website is being renewed.

Interior Design
We are a team of three. We all have different approach to each project. By discussing and working together, we have been creating highly unique spaces.
Architectural Design
Most of our projects have been complete refurbishments, extensions or loft conversions. We work closely with Structural Engineers, M&E Consultants and Contractors to complete each projects in house to provide hassle free service for our clients.
Planning Support
Most of the small extension and loft conversion projects can be carried out under Permitted Development Rights unless the property is a Listed Building or within a Conservation Area. However, for your peace of mind we can asses your project and give you the best advice possible.
Building Regulations
If your project doesn't require Planning Permission you may still need Building Control approval and inspection. If that is the case we can prepare all the documents, submit your application and liaise with Building Control Authority on your behalf.
