Lindsey and her staff are top notch. Each instructor has a little different style, but the multiple perspectives are beneficial and complimentary. They all have a deep knowledge of biomechanics and can translate that to meaningful cues that help you really connect your mind to your muscle and form. I love my occasional solo with Lindsey. I have never experienced the attention to detail from any other pilates studio that I have at YOLO Pilates. Lindsey's command of why and how we perform each movement is perfectly explained and demonstrated so that you can get the most out of the little bit of time that you have.
