I love love love the Thursday and Saturday classes! ❤️ I always come away feeling amazing. My back is stronger and so I can sleep without pain I feel challenged but supported by Tanya and the class are full of fun and warmth. Come! X

Really fun and relaxing class but also a great workout! I was nervous as I’ve never done yoga before but Tanya is lovely and let’s you go at your own pace as well as helping you push yourself. Mixed abilities group. Will be back! More...

Just finished yoga basics course for beginners. I'd been thinking about starting yoga for years. Best decision I've made in ages, only wish I'd started sooner. I feel like I've really improved week on week. Still can't touch my toes, though they now seems less distant. Already booked onto the next course, can't wait. Thanks Tania More...

I started yoga with tanya (yoga worcesterpark) just over 2 years ago. So many things have changed in my life over the last couple of years, but the yoga has been the constant. I find her classes thoughtfully planned, always a challenge, and also somewhat healing. I went to get fitter. I'm definitely much much stronger, and feel so much more supple, sleep better and walk taller! I don't miss a week More...

Fabulous, Amazing, Fantastic course! I did have the pleasure to join this course and I will be happy to recommend it to all dance lovers! Tanya is amazing, she brings you to connect with every movement and it seems you can flow and fly!!She uses really nice music and she teaches you how to express your body free from any pressure!! Your class was fantastic!!! Thank you so much? I really love your style of teaching and it was the perfect level for me. When we did that balancing pose at the end I really went to that place of pure ‘focus in the moment’ . It was as just for a few moments but I forgot how blissful that is? (I really needed that)
And i’m thrilled to find a local class!! YAY..!!!

Fantastic Dance Classes in Weybridge, I love Tanya's Classes. Its energising, stamina-building and so much Fun!

Get over to Weybridge if you want to have some incredible dancing fun.

I also had the pleasure of attending a Saturday Yoga morning class with Tanya-Marie in Worcester Park Library.I highly recommend this Saturday morning pick-me-up (your body will come alive and you will feel as if your pores can actually breathe again! ��) If you live close to Worcester Park Library, get onto Tanya's list before she's overbooked! I have been doing yoga with Tanya for the last 10 months, starting with the beginners course. I love her classes, the pace and how i feel after: relaxed, more flexible and sometimes re-energised. Tanya makes sure everyone is doing it right, within their on abilities. There is no pressure but she encourages to try everything. She gives clear instructions and she makes us feel very comfortable during the practice. A safe environment to work with a bodies and let our emotions come out, if needed. Other than dance I I have never enjoyed exercise classes but I can honestly say I look forward to this all week. Tanya had obviously found her calling with yoga and her passion really shines out . If it wasn’t for all my other commitments in life I would be at every class. What a great idea to do a beginner class, it has let me get the hang of it in a really friendly and welcoming environment. It is just what I needed after 2 babies :-) After just 2 classes I think have caught the yoga bug and I can’t wait until next class :-) More...

I love my Saturday morning yoga with Tanya who is an excellent teacher and amazing at tailoring certain moves to suit the ability of the student. As well as being great for my body which is gradually becoming less like a plank of wood, it really helps clear my mind and eases away the stresses of life. Thanks to the most amazing and gorgeous people in Old Malden, Worcester Park, Epsom, Ewell (and those that daringly cross the border from New Malden, Kingston, Cheam and blimey a whole lot further), what started a just a small collection of weekly Yoga classes has grown beyond what I imagined would be "a few great Yoga classes" into a community of nurturing and enthusiastic people who are committed to creating balance, strength, flexibility, mindfulness and a healthy life for themselves and the people they care about.  🙏   This community (you amazing people) inspire me to deliver more & more, in every class, every day  💜💙

I'm so very proud to have introduced my classes to Old Malden & Worcester Park.  I settled in KT4 around 7 years ago, I absolutely love 💚 living here, I've no plans to ever leave.  

I set up my small (quickly growing & always vibrant) business Yoga Worcester Park, with the sincere aim to nurture, challenge, energise and inspire my local community, through the practice of yoga. I consider my community to be Worcester Park, Old Malden, Epsom & Ewell

If you are local, you might have seen classes running in the quiet back garden during the summers at The Plough, while it was still a Harvester. This year as we indulged twice/week on the grass under the gorgeous blue skies and 3 trees on Cuddington Rec.   

The very first Saturday morning class, (previously upstairs in the library, now in the Scout Hut on Braemer Road) has grown into 9 weekly classes and a whole lot more ⭐  

You'll enjoy sessions that are vibrant, open-hearted, honest & enthusiastically intended for progression.

You'll receive guidance, encouragement, motivation and confidence from experienced, high quality teaching.

Laid out for you is my proud reputation for leading a safe, yet fun and also challenging place of practice, inquiry & learning.
