My partner had bought me a half day spa experience as a treat which I was able to cash in over the weekend.
From the moment I arrived the team were so kind and well organised. I was taken to the tea room
Which was set up like a Georgian tea room and advised on a specialist herbal tea and my lunch was served. The lunch was delicious lots of fresh veggies and eggs cooked to perfection.
I opted for a full body scrub, facial and aromatherapy massage. All treatments were incredible. I felt so utterly relaxed after it had finished, and my aches were relieved. The team has great knowledge and I felt able to ask about my problem skin areas and I was advised natural methods to help.
The whole afternoon was so utterly relaxing. You can do it alone or with a friend/ partner. All the products used are completely natural and the team make it themselves and they also sell it onsite!!
Excellent quality care, decor matched the cosy homey theme. I would defiantly come back and am thinking about getting a regular facial and massages here due to health benefits.

So I have been a regular for over a year getting my nails done so am very familiar with the staff. Booked a birthday treat spa with my sister for the full day. From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive, led upstairs and given a lovely soft dressing gown and slippers and tucked into pastries � and tea �. Each treatment was fab I was very nervous of the hot stone massage but it was so soothing can’t wait to try it again. Lunch was filling and on point �. The icing on the cake was my sister treating me to cream tea at the end and staff serenading me Happy Birthday and a sparkling cake �. My lasting memory was how special you are made to feel as a brand new customer to impress rather than someone you see weekly. If you want sparkling glossy white walls it’s not the place for you. Today me and my friend went for a spa break here, and you can’t fault the place. It’s not a traditional spa break, you have your own homely room to relax in, eat delicious food in and sample one of the many teas they serve. The treatments were lovely really relaxing, and professional. Beauty Products all made on site using natural ingredients which made my skin feel great. But the best parts of the day was how out of the way all of the staff went to make you feel comfortable, they were so polite, friendly and helpful and made us both feel amazing! My best friend suggested I try Y.Wait and I was expecting a normal and basic beauty experience but it was far beyond my expectations. I won't go anywhere else from now on because it was so much more than just a manicure and a wax. The staff are not just brilliant at what they do but kind, happy, and friendly. The salon is quirky, cosy, and crazy comfy (I'd come back just to hang out and have a pot of herbal tea and a chat), and the before and after customer care was top class. In every way I was made to feel comfortable, confident, and very special. (And my gel manicure lasted longer than any other one I've ever had plus they squeezed me in at last minute on a weekend without batting an eye lid even though I know they had to do a bit of their own break time juggling.) visited the salon today to treat myself and my mum. we were greeted on arrival. seated and given complimentary tea which was lovely. there were many choices of flavours for the tea which was great. the cinnamon one was delicious. i then had a back massage by kerry anne. she was absolutely amazing. she made me feel very comfortable and really focused on my troubled areas. i felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders once she was finished. she was absolutely fantastic. my mother had a wet pedicure which was also amazing. i will definitely be visiting again. a 5 star from me x More...

Relaxed, caring and fun atmosphere. I keep coming back for massages and facials - they make me feel spectacular and are expertly done. I'm so glad I live near here, but would encourage others to travel for their friendly and professional services.
