I NEVER take the time to leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so for XF. Our son began XF extremely scared and worried, having really never done any type of physical extracurricular activities. He truly did not believe in himself or believe he would be any good. Only a few weeks later, I have seen his confidence soar and his physical strength grow by leaps and bounds. He now requests to go multiple times a week. I attribute his excitement and growth to the absolutely incredible instructors. They took my son's personality into consideration and have helped him immensely. Their ability to understand how each of their students learns and responds is what makes XF stand out. After a long 6 years of battling cancer, i finally decided it was time to get back into working out. I decided that private lessons were best for me. Working one on one with Vince Cohen has truly changed my life. This friday will complete my first month at XF Martial Arts and I am really looking forward to continuing with Vince.
