Service really lets this business down.... the embroidery service is great but then these items cannot be returned or exchanged (no problem here). HOWEVER, we needed to do an exchange on our shirts - (these were plain work shirts) sent the items back in September 2020, called, emailed - every time I am promised the items will be sent and we are now January 2021.... no items and no refund. It is so upsetting and at an expense of almost £90 for 6 shirts I highly doubt I will purchase again. The service has really let it down and now I have to do a charge back with the bank which is just more hassle. More...
