We got married at Woodland Manor a couple of weeks ago and we had an amazing day.
From the moment we went to look around, up to the day we got married Ailish, Dipesh and the team were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and our day went without a hitch!!
Everyone who came to our wedding said how beautiful the venue was!!
Would recommend to everyone and we will certainly be going back in the future!!

Absolutely would recommend hosting your wedding at Woodland manor. The team here were absolutely amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Our guests complimented the venue and it suited everyone’s needs and expectations were above and beyond.

Went here for a work Christmas party. Beautiful venue and fantastic food. The staff were lovely. Never have I been to a work Christmas party where the food was fantastic and I wanted to eat more!

We recently attended the Christmas Parties with our Photo booth at the Manor and we had a great time. The team are fantastic here and you can see how close they all are. What they put on for the guests was fantastic and every night had such a great atmosphere and people did not want to leave at the end of the night. We look forward to working with these guys some more. Raj and Freya have got everything running so well here and are a pleasure to work with.Merry Christmas to everyone there and a Happy New Year! We had a fantastic Christmas Day meal here, we were welcomed on arrival with a glass of fizz, the log fire was roaring which was also very welcoming. Dinner was|Served and the portion sizes were perfect and the quality of the food and the presentation was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and attentive. We came as a family party of 7 for Christmas Day lunch. We very much liked that the staff were so friendly and helpful. A group of 12 of us attended a Christmas party night on Saturday . Planned a surprise baby shower, the hotel were fabulous! So organised, food was delicious, service was great and the conservatory was beautifully set up and decorated by the staff. Food and cocktails served at my wedding on 15.06.19 was inedible it was of such poor quality, I was embarrased for my guests. Staff nice enough but incompetent, lost 30 favours which they never found. Not very organised and I'm afraid not up to the job. The food is unforgivable though, cardboard pizza and cocktails that had not been sifted properly so had bits in. Really regret choosing this venue for my wedding. AVOID More...

We got married at the woodland manor this month and it couldn’t have gone better. The staff were all amazing, Ailish was at the end of the phone and email with even the smallest questions. We stayed the night before, bar staff were great while we drank the night away. Food all weekend was amazing, from breakfast to the wedding breakfast, we had roast beef and everyone was thrilled, plenty of food which you don’t always get at a wedding and really high quality on every single plate. ||Special mention also goes to Eileen, one of the breakfast staff who made me a mug of tea when I was wondering at 6.30am before she had even started her shift, definitely went above and beyond!||Rooms were all lovely, beds really comfy, spacious and clean.||It’s an old building and keeps in touch with that which I liked! ||Thank you to everyone who made our day so special! Woodland Manor has newly refurbished their venue and it looks better for it! rooms are a very good size, decor is nice. my personal, recent experience was for a wedding on 12th October 2019. Al of the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. All of the food was served in good time, things were cleared away in good time. Food tasted great, was good quality. We recently had our wedding day at WMH (Sept 2019) and it was truly the best day ever. From the moment we met Freya just over a year ago until the week after the wedding the staff at WMH couldn't do enough for us. Freya & Aliish managed to express when we first visited their niché at WMH is making our wedding exactly how we want, their is no rule book and the more personal the better. The staff were incredibly flexible with all our requests and accommodated our allergy requirements without hesitation. We were in constant communication which made the planning of the wedding both stress-free and an exciting journey. The venue itself since renovation is absolutely stunning, and WMH gave us the autonomy to transform the venue how we visioned it without restriction. Raj the owner took it upon himself to also make the planning a rather enjoyable experience. The bridal suite was a dream, and I am so glad my wedding day was captured in such a hidden gem in Bedfordshire. WMH exclusive use made our wedding experience a bespoke and personalized affair which is exactly what we desired for our wedding day. I can not thank the staff at WMH enough, you made our friends and family feel at home during the weekend of the wedding (as all our guests traveled from afar) and made our wedding day seamless. First visit since new owners took over. Grounds and hotels massively improved. Staff and service first class. We went for a Sunday lunch celebration. Surprised roast chicken not on the menu but delighted to be asked how I wanted my roast beef cooked. Very good menu overall. For starters I had the brie, and others had the pate which could have come with a bit more toast, and soup. All delicious. We all had the beef for the main course which was delicious. For dessert we had the apple crumble, strawberry cheesecake, chocolate brownie which were first class. I had the Eton Mess but alas could not find the meringue just a lot of thick cream with a few strawberries. Overall we really enjoyed our experience and will definetly be going back again. More...
