After the initial contact, I'll arrange to do an informal home visit where I sit down with the client to discuss their needs and bounce around thoughts/ ideas. Typically, we'll then refine and shortlist ideas and do sample/ taster dishes where necessary on a return visit and gradually refine until we have met the clients specific needs.
