Great service. Tom was very knowledgeable and tried his best to figure out a problem. In the end, the knowledge he gave me was the solution and I am very grateful for his services! The initial rate is $160 for the first half hour and $35 there after. It might seem steep, but Tom definitely knows his stuff and if he doesn't, is connected to people that do which is the best you can ask for.Overall I'd recommend Wizard Electric. The greatest customer service I EVER experienced. Com Ed disconnected service to my first floor apartment before I had a chance to put it in my name after tenet moved, stating there was a backfeed. I called Wizard and talked to Tom, he took it upon himself to call Com Ed and get them to come out with in an hour and totally fix the problem. NO CHARGE. THANKS TOM. More...

I accidently dead shorted a wire in an outlet box, although nothing tripped in the breaker the entire house lost power not good. I was lucky and was able to reach Tom on the phone he walked me through it. We were able to find a breaker outside by the meter which I reset and the power came back on Tom saved me time and money, however most importantly my weekend. Thanks Tom!!!!! More...

Got home from work and my aquarium filter, bubbler, and hood lights were out. I unplugged everything and tried plugging in a radio to check if it was the outlet. Nothing would work from that wall. I called and asked if someone could come out as soon as possible because I didn't think my fish would last very long without any oxygen. The man was very quick, professional, and courteous.
