Usability fused with personality. It needs to talk in the right tone of voice that fits your brand and be intuitive to use.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
If it's a new identity project, I would ask is this for an existing business or is this a startup?
I would need to find out about the aspirations and motivation underpinning the business or idea. The core values, the what, how and why. Only by understanding these can you begin the creative process.
Describe your creative process.
In a nutshell, empathy. Without this, the creative process is too subjective. You need to be prepared to dig and dig to unearth the essence of the problem, that will persuade and produce the reaction you want from a brand, website or brochure.

We ask clients to complete a design fact-find which we can provide to define and focus their ideas behind the project.

Helping clients to define what or who they are using branding and graphic design.

Creativity and freedom. To produce work which is not hindered by management or politics.
