This person came to my flat for deep cleaning, windows and oven cleaning and charged me £100 for a totally superficial job! She left the bathroom bin full, did not clean doors, the oven had leftovers of food even the second time she cleaned, and there was dust in doors and parts of the floor. I also got an invoice without any name of company or employee just my details which means it is probably a fake! She also charged me for 3 hours while she clearly worked less! I am furious! More...
